Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years in hospitality, event planning, and/or event sales

  • 2+ years in a customer service role

  • Proficient in various computer systems

  • Vast knowledge of Google products such as G-mail, Googl Drive, etc.

  • Rapid response to e-mail, texts, and calls

  • Ability to attend and participate in team meetings with notice

  • Ability to idealize memorable event concepts

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a polished, upbeat, detail oriented, customer focused, business minded Business Operations Manager to join our team. 

Roles/Responsibilities:

  • Monthly and Weekly reporting. 

  • Invoicing. 

  • Coordinating and leading staff meetings. 

  • Responsible for setting monthly goals and submitting for approval. 

  • Management of the Operating Budget. 

  • Responsible for ensuring the team meets sales goals for the month. 

  • Monitoring work hours for the ECM and Business Development Specialist role. 

  • Scheduling temporary assignments for Temporary Staffing Agents. 

  • Sending confirmations for services.

  • Reviewing and approving budgets. 

  • Submitting budgets to CEO for final approvals. 

  • Attending  industry events.

  • Responsible for crafting and sending professional communications to Community Managers, CEO, and staff. 

  • Direct management of the core team. 

  • Travel may be required. 

  • Ensuring sponsorships and partnerships are being cultivated. 

  • Auditing social media and website to ensure content is fresh and up to date. 

  • Ensuring company values are maintained by all associates. 

  • Provide inspired leadership for the organization.

  • Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.

  • Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.

  • Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
