A proud and accomplished property management professional, Tiffany is the reason The Communal Group exists. After an exciting career as a Community Manager, regional support associate, leasing and marketing professional, Tiffany decided to follow her dream of serving the multifamily industry by training and referring dynamic talent that would drive results for the apartment communities they serve.

Obsessed with all things marketing, a genuine belief in healthy company culture, and a relentless dedication to the empowerment of people, Tiffany is known for her ability to activate a work environment. Whether she is spearheading strategic marketing initiatives-such as partnerships with Jezebel magazine in which under her leadership, earned a Best of Atlanta 2016 award for Best Apartment Complex, organizing client events, or connecting with trainees, this Atlantan magazine 2016 Woman of Power and Influence is dedicated and loves being in the mix.

While and if Tiffany is away from TCG, you can find her in the kitchen where she spreads love through her soul warming cooking or spending time with family and friends.

Executive Management Coordinator

From studying in France and living in Jamaica to completing her Bachelors of Arts at Curry College in Boston, Emma is the well-rounded glue that holds us together. In her role Emma leads the charge on keeping our clients engaged, educated, and empowered. Emma directly supports our leadership group and client base with a high level of internal and external services.

With her quirky approach to multifamily work, Emma is always looking for new ways to help our community partners achieve success. In her spare time she enjoys modeling and is a key-player in various PR projects around Atlanta.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years in hospitality, event planning, and/or event sales

  • 2+ years in a customer service role

  • Proficient in various computer systems

  • Vast knowledge of Google products such as G-mail, Googl Drive, etc.

  • Rapid response to e-mail, texts, and calls

  • Ability to attend and participate in team meetings with notice

  • Ability to idealize memorable event concepts
